Catalog and readiness

Understand shared-hosted catalog choices, prepaid workspace-time and managed-AI balances, and create readiness.

What Catalog is for

Catalog is the customer-facing place to review shared-hosted access, workspace-time packs, managed-AI credit packs, and optional SSO setup requests.

Some customers use trial approval or invoice-backed access. Some use prepaid access. The visible readiness state should match the commercial path agreed with ISM.

Workspace readiness states

Fund prepaid access

  1. Open Catalog.
  2. Review the starter shared-hosted plan.
  3. Add workspace-time hours if your account uses prepaid runtime.
  4. Add managed-AI credit if your account uses Archibot-managed AI.
  5. Choose optional SSO setup request only when needed.
  6. Complete checkout or wait for operator billing review, depending on your payment rail.

Prepaid balances are not credentials. They are customer-visible accounting entries for workspace runtime and managed AI access.

Auto-recharge expectations

Catalog may capture an auto-recharge preference. Do not assume saved payment details will be charged automatically unless ISM confirms auto-recharge is active for your account.

Until auto-recharge is active, treat low balances as an action item for customer admins or ISM support.

Read balance activity

Balance activity shows recent customer-visible credits and debits for prepaid workspace time and managed AI credit.

Do not include prompts, transcripts, provider payloads, raw payment data, or provider credentials in balance notes or support tickets.

If create is still blocked

Open Create and read the exact blocker. Then compare it with Catalog readiness. If Catalog shows ready but Create is blocked, send support both visible states and the approximate time you checked.

Done When

  • Billing readiness is verified or trial-approved.
  • Workspace-time balance is funded for prepaid accounts.
  • Managed-AI credit balance is funded for prepaid accounts.
  • Checkout result or operator review is visible before workspace creation.
